"Two years ago, I was shopping for car insurance. I narrowed down, my search, between State Farm & another carrier. Mackenzie Hall, was my contact person. Mackenzie, was professional, courteous & prompt. Unfortunately, at that time, State Farm’s rate, wasn’t quite as competitive, as the other carrier. I contacted, Mackenzie, to inform her, that was choosing the other carrier & she was very gracious & kind. Fast forward, one year and as I was getting ready to renew, with my other carrier. Mackenzie Hall, reached out, to me & asked, if I remembered her? I responded, “of course, I remember, you!” How could I forget someone so gracious & kind. She asked, if she could quote me, my auto/ renters/ umbrella policies, again. I agreed. Mackenzie, reviewed my information, updated my auto information & made the change, to our address, since we had moved. Mackenzie, got back to me, in a timely manner & I reviewed, her quotations, line by line, with my current policies. The coverages were acceptable & this time, State Farm’s pricing, was competitive. So, it was time, to make the change. I called the office on Friday & wasn’t unable to speak with Mackenzie, because she was on the phone, assisting other clients. So, Chris, Christine(?) took my information & passed it along, to Mackenzie. My whole experience with this agency, so far, has been 5 stars.
